The Opportunity

We are looking for a Tech Lead Manager / Delivery Lead to drive execution across multiple engineering streams during a critical transformation phase.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-ownership environments and enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to complex technical delivery challenges.

You will work closely with engineering, product, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure delivery remains predictable, blockers are resolved quickly, and teams stay aligned across multiple parallel initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead delivery coordination across backend, frontend, mobile, QA, and DevOps teams

• Translate product objectives into actionable execution plans and delivery milestones

• Drive planning cadences, prioritisation, escalation management, and delivery alignment

• Manage dependencies, risks, and execution predictability across multiple workstreams

• Improve engineering throughput and reduce cross-team delivery friction

• Facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Support platform modernisation and engineering scaling initiatives

• Champion strong standards around testing, observability, quality, and production readiness

What We’re Looking ForRequired Experience

• 7+ years in software engineering and technical delivery leadership

• Proven experience leading multiple engineering teams in production environments

• Strong track record managing complex and parallel delivery initiatives

• Ability to convert ambiguous requirements into clear and testable scope

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Demonstrated success delivering under deadline pressure without compromising reliability

• Professional English language skills required (minimum working proficiency)

Nice to Have

• Experience with platform modernisation or migration programmes

• Background in high-growth or founder-led technology environments

• Player-coach mindset with hands-on leadership capability

• Experience in healthtech, regulated environments, or operationally critical systems

• Mentoring or broader engineering leadership experience
