About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our client’s team. As the first design hire, you’ll have full autonomy to establish and shape the product’s design direction and create seamless experiences for accounting professionals. This is a full-time, HYBRID position offering the opportunity to have a profound impact on the product’s future and the company’s growth trajectory.
Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of the design process, from research to execution, for Truewind’s B2B enterprise platform.
Build UX and UI designs in Figma and other prototyping tools to craft intuitive, user-centered workflows.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and design specifications to guide engineering efforts.
Establish and maintain a scalable, component-based design system.
Conduct user research to understand accountants’ workflows, needs, and pain points.
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and customer experience teams to deliver high-quality features.
Stay informed about market trends, competitive products, and user feedback to ensure Truewind stays ahead of the curve.
Define and uphold a cohesive product marketing and brand design language.
Requirements:
3-6 years of Product Design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI designs for complex B2B enterprise software.
Expertise in Figma and other prototyping tools.
A solid understanding of accounting workflows and financial data design principles is highly desirable.
Strong balance of Product Design and Visual/Communication Design.
Demonstrated ability to leverage quantitative and qualitative research to inform design decisions.
Experience designing within fast-paced, collaborative, and iterative development processes.
Familiarity with data visualization and information design is a plus.
