Tasks & Responsibilities
Close collaboration with product and practice teams to understand their practice needs and translate them into clearly defined product and feature concepts.
End-to-end development and operation of applications for their practices – from frontends (e.g., for practice dashboards and workflows) to backends and APIs, up to integration into existing systems.
Implementation and integration of modern technologies (e.g., AI-supported functions, decision support, data products) – always with a focus on benefits, reliability and data protection in the healthcare context.
Responsibility for the entire lifecycle of your features: Discovery, architecture, implementation, rollout, monitoring and continuous development based on feedback and data.
Requirements
Several years of experience in professional software development as well as a sound understanding of software design principles.
Proficient handling of the technologies relevant to them – ideally with experience in several of the following areas: React/React Native, TypeScript, Python, Django, Kubernetes.
Initial practical experience with AI/ML technologies in products, e.g., through the integration of LLMs or the construction of RAG architectures, and the ability to use these in a targeted manner for practical use cases.
Strong product and business understanding, as well as the ability to translate the goals of their practices into technical requirements and to set priorities according to impact.
Hands-on startup mentality with a high degree of personal responsibility and ownership, focus on pragmatic solutions instead of over-engineering, openness to changing priorities and very good communication skills in an interdisciplinary team.
