Your Role: Senior Controller
As a Senior Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring financial transparency, optimizing costs, and supporting strategic decision-making. You will work closely with two controllers and the Head of Controlling, using SAP R3 to manage financial data and drive efficiency in financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
π Financial Controlling β Analyze financial performance metrics, optimize costs, and provide accurate financial reports to aid decision-making. π₯οΈ SAP Management β Utilize SAP R3 to oversee financial operations and improve data accuracy. π€ Cross-Team Collaboration β Work closely with the controlling team and other departments to enhance financial strategy. π Process Improvement β Identify and implement financial process optimizations to drive efficiency.
What You Need to Succeed
Must-Have:
βοΈ Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Bachelorβs or Masterβs). βοΈ 5+ years of experience in financial controlling. βοΈ Proficiency in SAP R3 for financial management. βοΈ Strong analytical mindset with a structured, detail-oriented work style. βοΈ Fluent German (C1) & Conversational English (B2).
Nice-to-Have:
β Experience in the automotive or aviation industries. β Familiarity with medium-sized businesses and their financial structures.
