Sales & Operations Associate

Our client's growing company specialized in selling quality household items, operating both online and in-store shop is looking for a sharp, self-driven individual to join their small but mighty team.

Key roles and responsibilities

As a sales & operations associate you will be the engine of daily operations, managing sales, creating content, keeping books, and ensuring the shop runs smoothly so the owner can focus on growth and strategy.

What You Will Do

• Handle walk-in customers and online sales.

• Create and post content independently including TikToks, reels, and lives, a work smartphone and WiFi are provided

• Maintain accurate daily bookkeeping and send sales reports daily

• Operate the POS system accurately

• Keep the shop organised, priced, and presentable at all times

• Proactively solve problems without waiting to be told

Desirable Skills, Qualities and Qualifications

• Background in sales, or business training or hands-on experience both welcome

• Comfortable on camera and with social media content creation

• Bookkeeping skills accurate and consistent

• Someone who takes initiative and doesn't need hand-holding

• Quick thinker who can handle customers confidently, including explaining products

• Honest, reliable, and punctual
