Mission of the Role
The Sales Expert will be responsible for the full management of key semiconductor customers and will play a pivotal role in the expansion and development of the direct customer base in Europe. This includes the ongoing management of distribution channels and the pursuit of new opportunities within the ultra-high purity components market for semiconductor applications.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and expand relationships with key semiconductor customers in Europe
Actively identify and develop new customers and distribution channels
Maintain and grow existing distribution channels to secure a sustainable sales pipeline
Conduct market analysis, track product specifications, and provide strategic insights
Provide product training and support to distributors and partners
Implement and execute sales strategies to fully exploit market potential
Plan, manage, and participate in trade fairs, sales events, and related promotional activities
Report directly to regional management with market feedback and sales results
Candidate Profile
Experience: At least 10 years in sales of ultra-high purity components, with strong market knowledge in the semiconductor sector
Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Control Engineering, or a related field
Languages: Fluent in English (speaking and writing); German language proficiency is highly desirable
Skills:
Strong communication skills with a proactive, autonomous work style
Excellent organizational abilities, coupled with a team-oriented mindset
Strong corporate thinking, with the ability to collaborate effectively across international teams
A willingness to travel extensively across Europe
