Job Description:

  • Provide real-time support to customers via live chat

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information

  • Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and tracking shipments

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers

  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer service or a similar role

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Familiarity with live chat software and CRM systems

  • High school diploma or equivalent
