About the Role:

We're seeking a Full-Stack Developer with Solidity and Smart Contract proficiency to join our Client's team as a Tech Lead. In this role, you will oversee the development of their on-chain protocol, taking ownership of the implementation, testing, and deployment of smart contracts and full-stack solutions. This position demands a developer who can work quickly, think strategically, and maintain rigorous security standards. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with a distributed team, assigning tasks, managing timelines, and driving product functionality from conception to deployment. This is a full-time, remote role, open to candidates worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Smart Contract Development: Write and deploy secure, production-grade Solidity code for smart contracts.

• Full-Stack Development: Design and implement full-stack solutions, deploying intuitive and testable features in the production environment.

• Team Coordination: Assign tasks, manage timelines, and facilitate cross-team communication, ensuring cohesion between design and development efforts.

• Product Deployment & Maintenance: Oversee deployment processes and ensure updates are released with minimal disruption to functionality.

• Remote Collaboration: Work effectively within a remote, globally distributed team, fostering a productive and inclusive work culture.

• User Experience Impact: Anticipate how technical solutions impact user experience and make decisions that align with long-term product goals.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3-6 years in full-stack development within a production environment.

• Smart Contract Proficiency: Strong skills in Solidity and smart contract development.

• Startup Experience: Recent experience in a startup environment, with a track record of implementing fast solutions.

• Security-Minded: Demonstrated experience and mindset for secure coding practices.

• Leadership Abilities: Confident in assigning tasks, coordinating teams, and delivering updates to the organization.

• Technical Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, preferably from a top-tier university.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with Node.js and React.
