Company Overview:
We are a growing company in need of a Bookkeeper Assistant to support our Bookkeeper with various financial tasks. This is a part-time REMOTE position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from home.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Bookkeeper with data entry and bookkeeping tasks
- Organize and maintain financial records and documents
- Prepare and process invoices and payments
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts
- Assist with payroll processing and other financial transactions
- Provide general administrative support to the Bookkeeper
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Good communication skills and a team player attitude
