About the role:

We are seeking to hire a backend-leaning full-stack engineer, that will work across various tech stacks, build scalable products, and collaborate directly with customers to ensure we’re delivering real value. This is an individual contributor role, so we’re looking for someone excited about deep technical work while remaining highly product- and commercially-driven. This is a full time, REMOTE position in Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Ownership & Execution: Lead the development of key product features from ideation to deployment. Work on the full stack, with a focus on backend systems, API design, and scaling.

• Collaborate with Product & Design: Work closely with product managers and designers to turn customer feedback into actionable features that drive user satisfaction and business outcomes.

• Technical Leadership: Solve system design challenges, build rule engines, and scale infrastructure to meet the needs of our growing user base.

• Customer Focus: Engage with customers directly to identify pain points, validate solutions, and ensure product-market fit.

• Continuous Improvement: Own the performance, security, and reliability of the product as you iterate based on user feedback and business goals.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5-8 years of full-stack engineering experience, with a preference for backend-leaning roles. Experience working with B2B products or internal tools is a strong plus.

• Product Minded: Proven ability to balance technical challenges with a strong understanding of customer needs and business goals. ious experience with these or similar technologies is a plus.

• End-to-End Ownership: You have experience working on product features from start to finish and thrive in environments where you can have direct impact.

• Startup Mentality: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scrappy startup environment. You’re a self-starter and enjoy wearing many hats as the company scales.

• Zero-to-One Experience: You’ve been part of building products from the ground up, and you’re excited to take on the challenges of scaling them.
