Position Details:

• Experience Required: 5+ years (preferably in production car projects)

• Salary Range: €140,000 - €180,000 per year

Mission of the Role

Join an experienced, international Luxury EV Design Team to shape cutting-edge vehicles. From initial research and concept design to production and show cars, your creative input will play a pivotal role in driving innovation. Responsibilities

• Lead design projects and generate innovative concepts.

• Develop virtual/physical ideations and overall theme concepts.

• Create strategies for global and Chinese markets.

• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Exterior, Interior, Engineering, Marketing) and external vendors/suppliers.

• Provide solutions to current tasks and challenges.

• Conduct market and competitor analysis.

• Participate in high-level design presentations with creative input.

• Stay updated with consumer design trends and forecasting.

Skills and Qualifications

Must-Have:

• Strong analytical, conceptual, and strategic thinking.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in relevant software (2D and 3D design tools).

• Effective integration, influencing, and negotiation skills.

• Problem-solving and resource management expertise.

Nice-to-Have:

• Visual communication skills (color, theme, and research presentation).

• Knowledge of material development (textile, leather, vinyl, etc.).

• Experience with color tuning and mastering.

• Proven track record in production and concept vehicles.
