Your Role: Senior Controller

As a Senior Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring financial transparency, optimizing costs, and supporting strategic decision-making. You will work closely with two controllers and the Head of Controlling, using SAP R3 to manage financial data and drive efficiency in financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

πŸ“Š Financial Controlling – Analyze financial performance metrics, optimize costs, and provide accurate financial reports to aid decision-making. πŸ–₯️ SAP Management – Utilize SAP R3 to oversee financial operations and improve data accuracy. 🀝 Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with the controlling team and other departments to enhance financial strategy. πŸ” Process Improvement – Identify and implement financial process optimizations to drive efficiency.


What You Need to Succeed

Must-Have:

βœ”οΈ Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Bachelor’s or Master’s). βœ”οΈ 5+ years of experience in financial controlling. βœ”οΈ Proficiency in SAP R3 for financial management. βœ”οΈ Strong analytical mindset with a structured, detail-oriented work style. βœ”οΈ Fluent German (C1) & Conversational English (B2).

Nice-to-Have:

βž• Experience in the automotive or aviation industries. βž• Familiarity with medium-sized businesses and their financial structures.
