Senior Consultant – Microsoft/Unified - Modern Workplace & Security - Endpoint Management Global
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience to qualify as a Senior Consultant (difference from Junior/Mid-Level: independence and experience with client projects are expected; "Lead" level exists for those managing large projects independently).
Expertise in Microsoft technologies, security, and cloud solutions.
Strong technical understanding and customer orientation.
Soft Skills & Cultural Fit
Flexibility & Willingness to Travel: Frequent day trips across Austria (1x per week to 1x per month, depending on projects).

3. Job Conditions
Work Model: Hybrid (mostly remote unless on-site client work is required).
Locations: Ansfelden / Remote / Vienna / Salzburg / Hall.
Language Requirements: Fluent German (C1 or higher required), English is an advantage.
Travel: Mainly within Austria, 95% day trips.
Salary Framework
Senior Consultant:
Average fixed salary: €5,500/month.
Variable component: €14,000/year (flexible depending on performance).
For top candidates: Up to €6,500/month fixed salary; variable pay remains performance-based.
