Technical Skills & Experience

Senior Consultant – Microsoft/Unified - Modern Workplace & Security - Endpoint Management Global

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience to qualify as a Senior Consultant (difference from Junior/Mid-Level: independence and experience with client projects are expected; "Lead" level exists for those managing large projects independently).

  • Expertise in Microsoft technologies, security, and cloud solutions.

  • Strong technical understanding and customer orientation.

Soft Skills & Cultural Fit

  • Flexibility & Willingness to Travel: Frequent day trips across Austria (1x per week to 1x per month, depending on projects).

  • Innovative Thinking & Willingness to Learn: Open to new technologies.

Role Expectations

Mandatory qualifying Factors

  • adequate language skills (minimum C1-level German required, B2 is not sufficient).

  • compatibility with flexible work culture (no fixed desks, shared workspaces, extensive remote work).

3. Job Conditions

  • Work Model: Hybrid (mostly remote unless on-site client work is required).

  • Locations: Ansfelden / Remote / Vienna / Salzburg / Hall.

  • Language Requirements: Fluent German (C1 or higher required), English is an advantage.

  • Travel: Mainly within Austria, 95% day trips.

Salary Framework

  • Senior Consultant:

    • Average fixed salary: €5,500/month.

    • Variable component: €14,000/year (flexible depending on performance).

    • For top candidates: Up to €6,500/month fixed salary; variable pay remains performance-based.

4. Benefits
