Job Title: (Senior) Business Development Manager – Luxury Sneakers & Fashion Location: U.S. (Onsite, Monday to Friday) Salary: $120,000 - $200,000 per year Bens/Bonus

What You'll Do:

• Find & Recruit Top Sellers: Use your industry connections to bring on sellers of luxury, rare, and hard-to-find sneakers.

• Stay Trendy: Always stay ahead of the curve in the sneaker and fashion worlds, so you know which sellers to target.

• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with marketing, product management, and logistics to align seller acquisitions with our business strategies.

• Monitor & Boost Performance: Track seller performance and help them meet sales goals, benefiting both the platform and the sellers.

• Negotiate Key Deals: Engage with sellers on pricing and terms to create win-win agreements.

• Data-Driven Decisions: Use sales data to optimize performance and product offerings.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years in business development or sales, ideally in fashion, sneakers, or luxury goods.

• A strong network of sneaker brands, vendors, and resellers, especially in urban markets like LA.

• Passion for Sneakers: You know the sneaker culture inside and out, and you can speak the language of sneakerheads.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships.

• A data-driven mindset to make informed business decisions.
