Daily rate: Up to €400 (Dependant)

Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented QA Support Engineer to join our team in Munich. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in English, with German and/or French being advantageous but not mandatory. This role requires close collaboration with the French development team in Nantes and the local team in Munich, ensuring seamless support and quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a representative for Opcos, demonstrating the capacity and skills to communicate and interact effectively with Customer Operators teams.

• Provide on-site support to market teams, ensuring smooth operations and issue resolution.

• Set up and manage test and production environments, test benches, and automated tests on-site according to referenced configurations.

• Enhance test documentation and automated tests using Python and Cucumber.

• Validate software through sanity checks, non-regression tests, story validations, resolution confirmations, and issue reproduction.

• Qualify and analyze issues found, providing detailed reports and feedback.

• Support the French team in Nantes with bug tracking, story status updates, investigations, and resolutions.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English is required; German and/or French is a plus.

• Strong experience in QA support and software validation.

• Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks, particularly Python and Cucumber.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in an international team environment.
