Your Role: (Lead) HR Manager

As the first in-house HR professional, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the HR function from the ground up, directly contributing to our ambitious growth plans. This is a pivotal role for someone ready to step into leadership and make a meaningful impact on our company’s future.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Hiring

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for internal positions, from C-level roles to individual contributors.

  • Proactively source and select top talent, managing interviews and selection processes.

  • Oversee employment contracts and advise on labor law compliance.

Employee Relations & Development

  • Design and enhance onboarding and offboarding experiences.

  • Conduct employee development discussions and performance reviews.

  • Actively foster and promote our positive company culture.

HR Operations & Strategy

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes.

  • Lead strategic HR initiatives, including employer branding projects (in collaboration with marketing).

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent German (C2) is a must.

  • Proven HR generalist experience, including talent acquisition, employee development, and HR operations.

  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational and communication skills.
