About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our business expansion in the United States. This role will be instrumental in aligning the company’s global HR strategies with local business needs, ensuring the effective execution of HR policies, talent development, and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the US labor market, possess excellent leadership skills, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership: Work closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with company objectives and successfully implement corporate HR initiatives.
HR Policy Execution: Oversee the localization and execution of HR policies in the US, providing valuable feedback for continuous improvement.
Talent Development: Develop and manage a strong talent pipeline, focusing on key positions and skill development to drive business success.
Operational Efficiency: Ensure smooth office administration, including policy updates, internal event coordination (team-building, meetings), and general administrative tasks such as visitor management and document organization.
Employee Relations & Compliance: Ensure compliance with US labor laws and HR best practices, addressing workplace concerns and enhancing the overall employee experience.
Must-Have Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of HRBP experience in the US, preferably in a large, well-established e-commerce or luxury goods company.
HR Knowledge: Strong expertise in US labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
Skills: Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills, with a strong ability to coordinate across departments.
Leadership & Communication: Proven leadership capabilities and cross-cultural communication skills to work effectively in an international setting.
Languages: Fluency in both English and Chinese (written and verbal) is required.
Preferred Experience
Industry Background: Prior experience in apparel, fashion, e-commerce, or luxury goods.
People Management: Experience in leading or managing HR teams.
Work Authorization: Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
Compensation & Payment Terms
Salary: $100,000 - $200,000 USD per year (based on experience).
Recruitment Fee: The successful recruiter will receive 6% (VAT included) of the candidate’s annual salary after the guarantee period.
