Role Overview
As a Personaldisponent, you will play a pivotal role in managing external employees, ensuring efficient staffing, and fostering strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring:
Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from candidate selection to onboarding.
Conduct interviews and assessments to identify top talent.
Employee Management & Development:
Act as the primary point of contact for external employees.
Address employee concerns, coordinate training, and implement retention strategies.
Staffing & Workforce Planning:
Plan and manage personnel deployment to meet operational and business needs.
Handle last-minute changes and ensure optimal staffing at all times.
Administrative Functions:
Maintain applicant pools and personnel files.
Draft employment contracts and manage staffing-related reports.
Communication & Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Represent the company at events and trade fairs to build the brand.
Client Acquisition & Partnerships:
Identify and onboard new clients.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with partners, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
Completed vocational training or a degree in HR Management or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in personnel management or similar roles.
Skills:
Strong communication and organizational abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
Personality Traits:
Outgoing and people-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem solver.
Languages:
Fluent in German (C2); English is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: €42,000 – €50,000 gross per year.
Work Hours: 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
Vacation: 30 days annually.
Contract: Permanent, with a 6-month probation period.
