Job Description:
Provide real-time support to customers via live chat
Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information
Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and tracking shipments
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Prior experience in customer service or a similar role
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Familiarity with live chat software and CRM systems
High school diploma or equivalent
