Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Offensive and Defensive Cyber Security Engineer to lead Red Team operations and drive advanced cybersecurity strategies. This role involves conducting covert penetration testing, developing innovative attack and defense techniques, and strengthening cybersecurity resilience in real-world environments.

The ideal candidate has extensive Red Team experience, expertise in penetration testing, and a strong background in security research, with a focus on defense bypassing, vulnerability exploitation, and advanced anti-tracing techniques.

Key Responsibilities

🎯 Red Team Operations & Penetration Testing

• Lead Red Team exercises to assess and challenge existing security defenses.

• Conduct covert penetration testing to simulate real-world attack scenarios.

• Develop and execute defense bypassing techniques for various security infrastructures.

• Identify and exploit critical vulnerabilities in enterprise networks.

🛡 Cybersecurity Research & Defense Strategies

• Research and implement cutting-edge offensive and defensive security techniques.

• Provide recommendations to enhance cybersecurity defenses against sophisticated threats.

• Develop and test custom attack vectors to evaluate system vulnerabilities.

🔍 Advanced Security Techniques & Tool Development

• Utilize anti-tracing techniques to conduct secure, covert security operations.

• Create and deploy custom scripts and exploits for Red Team engagements.

• Continuously improve internal security methodologies to counter evolving threats.

Must-Have Qualifications & Skills

✔ 5+ years of experience in Red Team operations and cybersecurity research. ✔ Strong learning ability, communication skills, and teamwork spirit. ✔ Expertise in at least two of the following areas:

• Cloud environment penetration

• Internal domain penetration

• Code auditing & vulnerability research

• Bypass techniques

• Mobile security

• OT (Operational Technology) security ✔ Deep expertise in:

• Web offensive & defensive techniques

• Asset collection & reconnaissance

• Exploitation of vulnerabilities

• Defense bypassing & evasion techniques ✔ Proficiency in programming languages:

• Golang, Python, Shell, Java ✔ Experience in covert operations with strong anti-tracing capabilities.
