Salary Range: $160,000 - $200,000 USD per year

Core Responsibilities
1. Community Platform Management
Oversee U.S. community platforms, including Discord, Reddit, Facebook Groups, and Instagram Groups.
Drive healthy growth, user engagement, and brand alignment across platforms.
2. Content Planning & Engagement
Develop engaging community content focused on sneaker culture and streetwear trends.
Organize interactive activities, discussion topics, and campaigns to boost brand recognition.
3. Marketing Strategy Development
Create platform-specific strategies based on audience behavior to maximize exposure and conversion rates.
4. Growth & Retention
Execute campaigns, viral events, and rewards programs to grow user bases and improve retention.
Achieve conversion goals aligned with business objectives.
5. KOL & Influencer Partnerships
Build and maintain relationships with key influencers in sneaker and streetwear communities.
Utilize their networks to enhance credibility and brand trust.
6. Cross-Department Collaboration
Work with branding, marketing, and design teams to align content with strategic goals.
7. Data Monitoring & Strategy Optimization
Analyze engagement, growth, and conversion metrics to refine community strategies for efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
Experience
Minimum 3 years in community management or marketing, specifically in the U.S. market.
Proven record of driving user growth and achieving measurable improvements in engagement and conversions.
Industry Knowledge
Strong understanding of sneaker culture and streetwear fashion dynamics.
Platform Proficiency
Skilled in managing platforms like Discord, Reddit, Facebook Groups, and Instagram Groups.
Skills
Expert in content planning, campaign execution, and audience engagement.
Strong analytical skills for data-driven strategy adjustments.
Language
Native or fluent English required; bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is an advantage.
