Job Description: Personal Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, and have a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the executive's calendar and scheduling appointments

  • Organising and maintaining files and records

  • Handling suppliers to the business both on time commitments and quality.

  • Team coordination for all activities and events happening within the business.

  • Handling correspondence and communications on behalf of the executive

  • Making travel arrangements and coordinating logistics

  • Assisting with personal tasks and errands as needed

  • Preparing reports and presentations

  • Providing general administrative support

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role minimum 3 years experience in a busy office.

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information

  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software

  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively

  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
