About the Role: Our client is seeking an experienced Group Product Manager (GPM) to lead critical product initiatives. These roles involve full ownership of product vision, strategy, and execution while managing and mentoring a team of Product Managers. The GPM will take responsibility for driving innovation, scaling existing solutions, and building entirely new product lines, with the goal of disrupting legacy software providers and positioning the company as a leader in enterprise software for manufacturing.This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Palo Alto, CA.
Responsibilities:
Drive product vision, strategy, and lifecycle management, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Mentor Product Managers, fostering excellence and high performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver successful product launches and seamless user experiences.
Leverage customer insights to drive product-market fit and innovation.
Define roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and lead product development from ideation to delivery.
Champion continuous improvement and execute innovative ideas to disrupt the market.
Communicate product vision and updates, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and executives.
Minimum Requirements:
Proven experience owning the full product lifecycle, from strategy to execution, with 5+ years in product management and 2+ years in a leadership role managing Product Managers.
Demonstrated success in scaling B2B products from early success to broad market adoption.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a proven ability to inspire and guide teams.
Exceptional analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, leveraging KPIs to measure success.
Experience in fast-paced startup environments, effectively managing competing priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Solid understanding of enterprise B2B product dynamics, system scalability, and the software development lifecycle.
