About the Role
Our client is seeking a skilled and entrepreneurial Product Designer to transform the labor staffing experience. This role focuses on solving real-world challenges for field teams and industrial clients, going beyond traditional software design. You’ll collaborate with engineers, field operations, and leadership to create practical, impactful solutions.

Responsibilities
Design Leadership: Collaborate with leadership to create frameworks and execute on high-impact design initiatives.
Cross-Disciplinary Work: Partner with engineers and field teams to design practical, on-the-ground solutions for industrial applications.
Brand Identity: Lead efforts in shaping brand identity, including crafting cohesive design systems.
Rapid Prototyping: Develop prototypes to iterate quickly and refine user experiences.
Stakeholder Influence: Work closely with founders and leadership, influencing the strategic direction through design insights.
Requirements:
5-10 years of experience in design, with a proven ability to influence leadership and contribute to execution frameworks, ideally in early-stage or growth-stage startups.
Strong experience in brand design, product design, mobile design, and UI/UX.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with founders and leadership on brand identity and design systems.
Proven experience working closely with engineers to iterate on designs and quickly develop prototypes.
Evidence of entrepreneurial spirit, such as experience at early-stage companies, running a design agency, or other founding roles.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $150,000–$190,000 per year.
Equity: 0.12%.
Visa Sponsorship: Available.
Work Policy: On-site, 5 days per week in NYC.
