Mission of the Role
As a Sales Manager for Energy Storage Solutions, you will expand the local market, manage project sales, and guide sales strategies for energy storage and photovoltaic products. You will play a pivotal role in achieving the company’s sales targets, developing client relationships, and driving market intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
Market Development:
Drive the expansion of the North American energy storage market.
Independently manage project sales and guide project strategies.
Set sales targets, propose market expansion strategies, and ensure implementation.
Build strong customer profiles and conduct sales forecasts.
Customer Engagement:
Establish and maintain relationships with integrators, developers, investors, and utility companies.
Create customer authority maps to navigate decision-making structures effectively.
Promote and market energy storage and solar photovoltaic products.
Market Analysis & Training:
Analyze and evaluate the North American energy storage and photovoltaic markets.
Provide internal training and support external technical exchanges to enhance understanding of market trends and client needs.
Sales Execution:
Develop large clients from scratch (0-1 development).
Negotiate contracts, manage project execution, and ensure timely payment collection.
Candidate Profile
Experience & Knowledge:
Proven sales experience in the energy storage industry or solar photovoltaic solutions.
Familiarity with the top energy storage integrators, developers, and utility companies in North America.
Strong knowledge of North American energy markets and industry trends.
Experience developing major accounts from ground-up (new business development).
Skills & Abilities:
Strong customer relationship management and business negotiation skills.
Ability to manage cross-departmental collaboration and project execution.
Analytical skills to gain market insights, understand competitors, and identify opportunities.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Language Proficiency:
Native-level fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) with proficiency in English.
