We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, and have a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
Managing the executive's calendar and scheduling appointments
Organising and maintaining files and records
Handling suppliers to the business both on time commitments and quality.
Team coordination for all activities and events happening within the business.
Handling correspondence and communications on behalf of the executive
Making travel arrangements and coordinating logistics
Assisting with personal tasks and errands as needed
Preparing reports and presentations
Providing general administrative support
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role minimum 3 years experience in a busy office.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
