Job Responsibilities:
Diagnosis and Treatment
Diagnose psychological and psychiatric conditions of hospitalized patients.
Develop and implement personalized therapeutic plans to relieve symptoms, promote recovery, and support reintegration into normal life.
Quality Medical Practice
Provide high-quality care in compliance with medical ethics and confidentiality.
Stay updated with advancements in medical techniques, therapies, and psychiatric tools such as psychoanalysis, CBT, and other brief therapies.
Collaboration and Teamwork
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including general practitioners, psychologists, social workers, and nursing staff, to deliver holistic care.
Participate in weekly institutional meetings and lead clinical discussions to ensure cohesive team approaches.
Leadership and Project Management
Develop and oversee the medical project for the assigned unit, ensuring its alignment with organizational goals and its successful implementation.
Contribute to the strategic development of psychiatric services at the hospital.
Patient Care and Continuity
Conduct comprehensive initial examinations and assessments during first consultations.
Ensure continuity of care by monitoring and adjusting treatment plans according to patient progress and state of health.
Clinical and Administrative Duties
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
Provide input for organizational planning and participate in institutional decision-making processes.
