Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Manager to lead sales growth for our consumer product line in the U.S. This remote position requires the candidate to be based in the U.S., with a proven track record in managing relationships with major retailers like Best Buy, Costco, and Walmart. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in channel sales within the consumer electronics industry to strengthen partnerships and drive revenue growth.

Salary: $80,000 - $130,000 annually (base salary)
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development:
Create and execute strategies to increase market share and revenue in the U.S. consumer electronics market.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales tactics.
Retail Partnership Management:
Build and nurture relationships with top U.S. retailers, including Best Buy, Costco, Walmart, and others.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and product placement to maximize sales.
Collaboration & Coordination:
Work with marketing teams to develop channel-specific promotions.
Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure product availability.
Sales Monitoring & Forecasting:
Track sales performance and ensure targets are met.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate revenue forecasts.
Representation & Brand Alignment:
Represent the company at trade shows, retailer meetings, and industry events.
Ensure alignment of retail strategies with the brand’s objectives.
Qualifications
Proven experience (5+ years) in channel or retail sales management, particularly in consumer electronics.
Strong track record managing relationships with U.S. retailers (Best Buy, Costco, Walmart, etc.).
Expertise in sales strategies, retail marketing, and merchandising.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a global team.
Self-motivated and results-driven with a history of exceeding targets.
Passion for technology and familiarity with the company's brand and product lines.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary
$80,000 - $130,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
